Recruiting Manager

What You’ll Do:
Manage all recruiting-related activities
Equip recruiters with the most effective tools to approach the hiring process
Track recruiting metrics to identify the best strategies and areas of improvement
Forecast future talent needs and ensure recruiting teams are able to meet those goals
What You’ll Need:
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Innovative and willing to take risks
Proactive and self-motivated working under minimal supervision.
5+ years business management experience
Technical recruiting experience required, DoD experience a plus
Experience managing teams of employees
Experience with budgeting by identifying, prioritizing, acquiring, and allocating the resources needed to carry out the plan
Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws
Proven success with using Jobs Boards and ATS systems, preferably iCIMS
Education & Experience:
5 + Years of relevant work experience.
